This weekend is the Luray Triathlon and we’re looking forward to a great race!! If you weren’t able to sign up to race, sign up to volunteer.

We will be out in Luray all weekend helping to ensure athlete safety, providing tips and instruction on everything from setting up your transition area to strategy on the bike course.

We offer full service, in person or on-line endurance coaching for beginner and intermediate athletes who are looking to advance their endurance goals. Whether you’re interested in completing your first triathlon, want to tackle your first half marathon, or have experienced your first event and want to improve, we can customize a training plan that will fit your lifestyle and help you achieve your goals.

Many people want to push themselves to complete an endurance event but aren’t sure where to begin. We say, begin at the beginning, you’re never alone, and there is always more fun to be had.
